EU Communication does not take place in a vacuum, but in a complex environment of 28 national public spaces and an emerging European Public Space. It can only be successful if the EU Commission speaks with one voice, reflecting the principle of collegiality. “Listen – Advise – Engage” is the mission statement of the EU Directorate-General for Communication. And the lecture “EU Communication Policy and Strategy” delivered by dr. Anna Danylchuk on Monday, April 16, focused students` attention on the DG COMM executive, corporate and communication services. Students were also introduced to the newest Eurobarometer surveys and the latest EU Communication Monitor studies.
